Universidad de Granada

The University of Granada dates back as far as the Middle Ages with the founding of the Madrasa Yusufiyya in 1349. Granada has the unmistakable feel of a university city, with almost one third of the city's population working or studying at the University. Granada is one of the least expensive cities in Spain, while it is commonly regarded as having one of the highest levels of quality of life.
