Veronica Namulondo is a lecturer of Curriculum Studies from the Department of Curriculum, Pedagogy and Educational Media at Kyambogo University. Image Veronica Namulondo Veronica Namulondo was born in Kayunga District in 1988 and grew up in Kayunga Town. She is passionate about reading and growing her career to become one of the great lecturers who makes an impact in the lives of individual learners. Veronica acquired her Bachelor’s Degree from Kyambogo University, her Master’s Degree from Makerere University and is now writing her final draft of the PhD thesis from Makerere University. She is currently working at Kyambogo University as a lecturer in the Department of Curriculum, Pedagogy and Educational Media. She also worked as a secondary school teacher at Luigi Giussani High School in Kireka. At Luigi, Veronica was called “mummy Vero” because of the outstanding character shown in the way she used to teach using instructional aids (realia and videos and songs attached to a given topic) and her style of handling students’ issues or needs both academic and social. In this, she gave guidance and counselling for the holistic upbringing of a learner of substance. Veronica integrates teaching with technology and counselling and guidance sessions.
