Jennifer Namutebi

Jennifer Namutebi is a Ugandan Psychologist and Consultant currently serving as a lecturer at Nkumba University School of Business and Information Technology.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Master’s Degree in Business Psychology from Makerere University and is pursuing doctoral studies in human flourishing at work. She’s been involved in various collaborative researches internationally and works as a Mentor for the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship (TEF) program aimed at empowering young African entrepreneurs.

She is also the Co-founder and Lead facilitator at the Bantu Apprentice House program that aims at equipping fresh university graduates with employability skills.

She is the African representative of Div 15 of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) which comprises students and early career psychologists.

Jennifer's unique blend of expertise in business psychology and passion in digital education makes her a trailblazer in her field. She continues to inspire and empower her students, shaping the next generation of business leaders with a keen understanding of human behavior and the digital tools that drive the contemporary educational landscape.
