Refugee Week 2025 Community as a Superpower

As part of Refugee Week 2025, we invite our wider community to contribute to our upcoming exhibition, hosted at the University of Edinburgh’s Main Library.

Community contributions from groups, schools, and individuals to collect words, art, and photos are invited to reflect on the theme, 'Community as Superpower'.

Education Beyond Borders is offering funding of £250-500 to University staff and student groups or who plan to organise an event during Refugee Week.

Refugee Week will take place from 16 -22 June 2025. This year's theme is 'Community as a Superpower'.

The University of Edinburgh is proud to participate in the UK academic mentoring scheme, led by Science for Ukraine-UK volunteers. Launched in response to the Russian invasion, the programme supports Ukrainian university colleagues affected by the conflict.
