They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the programme: degrees in a wide range of disciplines across the arts and humanities; the social, natural and physical sciences; and medicine many are working at senior and junior levels in development, environment and health NGOs and agencies, or have related roles in multinational businesses and the public sector others have senior and junior roles in 'mainstream' organisations, working in areas such as communications, finance, human resources, investment management, IT, project management, sales and marketing.
