If you are seeking support from your employer you will probably need to demonstrate how the programme will contribute to your professional development in your current role. You will find the following pages for each programme useful to build a 'business case' for support from your employer: The 'Approach' pages set the understanding, knowledge and skills each programme aims to develop. The 'Course description' pages set out the capacities each individual course aims to develop. If your employer has a policy of supporting continuing professional development, and may be willing to add these programmes to their approved list, they should contact the programme director for further information.
