About ECOSOC
ECOSOC is a UN body that coordinates the economic, social, and environmental efforts of 14 specialised agencies and regional commissions. It formulates policy recommendations and promotes international cooperation in areas such as:
• Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• Humanitarian Affairs
• Economic Growth and Trade
• Social Issues (e.g., poverty, education, gender equality)
• Environmental Sustainability
