Our pre-departure sessions are open to all students going abroad on exchange or a placement in 2026/27 and will run during the week commencing 30 March 2026.
Dates, times and venues are below - all outbound students should register for one session.
Compulsory pre-departure information sessions for outgoing study exchange and work placement students take place in spring each year. You can also watch our bite-sized videos for guidance on pre-departure tasks.
