But what exactly do you want to get out of the experience? You should be clear about what you want your teaching or training visit to involve and the purpose of the visit, so make sure you have considered your aims and your personal and professional development needs. You may need to be flexible, but it's good to have a plan to help you and your host make the most of the visit. Find out more about personal and professional development needs Apply for Erasmus+ funding to support your visit Download the application form via the following link, and submit to staffmobility@ed.ac.uk. All applications will be approved via email with further information about next steps. Find out more about application Complete pre-departure documents Once your funding has been approved, you must submit all Erasmus+ pre-departure documents: grant application teaching/training mobility agreement travel receipts and ensure you have the documents required after your return. On receiving your pre-departure documents, your Travel Grant will be paid. Your Subsistence Grant will be paid at the end of your visit on receipt of your final documents. We ask that pre-departure documents be completed one month in advance of your travel.
